ALL THE BABIES BORN TO THE PANDAS ARE ALSO TO BE RETURNED TO CHINA AND DO NOT BELONG TO THE UNITED SATES.. THEY BELONG TO CHINA. ANY AND ALL PANDAS AND BABIES"
